What is included in the tour package?
The package includes tipping, international and/or domestic flights with airport taxes, hotel accommodations, transportation, entrance fees, and meals as stated in the itinerary.
The package excludes meals not listed in the itinerary, travel insurance, porterage services, personal expenses, and any items or services not expressly stated as included in the itinerary or package inclusions.
How do I make a booking and make payment?
Payment Schedule
Tour Deposit:
RM1,000 per person — non-refundable, required to secure your place.
Second Payment:
RM3,000 — RM6,000 per person — non-refundable, due upon confirmed tour departure to secure your flight arrangements and overseas ground services.
Final Balance:
Due no later than 60 days prior to departure.

What is the minimum and maximum group size required for the tour to depart?
A minimum of 16 guests is required for each departure, with a maximum of 25 guests per group.
Will there be a tour leader or tour guide accompanying the group?
The group will be accompanied by a tour leader from Malaysia throughout the journey, who will oversee all tour-related arrangements until the group returns to Malaysia. Local tour guides will be arranged where applicable to provide destination insights, historical context, and cultural commentary.
Do you offer special dietary options or halal meals?
Special dietary arrangements may be accommodated subject to availability and prior notice. To cater to Muslim guests, seafood and vegetarian meal options are thoughtfully arranged. These meals are prepared without pork, lard, alcohol, or other non-halal ingredients. Kindly note that halal-certified local European restaurants are not available or are very limited throughout the itinerary. Meals are therefore arranged at non-halal restaurants, where other non-halal dishes may also be prepared and served.
Can I book my own flight or request to extend my trip?
Yes. You may arrange your own flights or extend your stay before or after the tour. Our team will be happy to assist with the arrangements, with the tour price revised accordingly.
Can I request a preferred bed type or a higher room category?
Yes. Preferred bed types can be requested, subject to hotel availability. Room upgrades or higher room categories may also be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
